JOB PURPOSE

Lead the development, management, and execution of HRD Corp’s creative content strategy across digital and traditional channels. The role ensures that all creative content aligns with corporate branding, supports strategic objectives, and enhances audience engagement while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand narrative.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Creative Content Strategy & Development

  • Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive creative content strategy that aligns with HRD Corp's corporate goals and brand identity to ensure that all content initiatives—whether digital, print, or multimedia—are designed to engage target audiences and reinforce the organisation’s messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling, high-quality content for all channels (social media, web, email, print) that drives brand visibility, enhances user engagement, and supports key marketing campaigns.

 

Content Creation & Management

  • Manage the end-to-end content development process, from conceptualisation through to final execution. This includes collaborating with designers, writers, and external vendors to create content that meets brand standards and resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Ensure that all creative content is regularly updated and in line with current trends, maintaining relevance and impact across all platforms. Optimise content for SEO, user experience, and cross-channel consistency.

 

Content Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all creative content across digital and traditional platforms, using data-driven insights to assess engagement, reach, and effectiveness.
  • Regularly review content performance metrics to ensure alignment with key business objectives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Implement best practices in content optimisation, including A/B testing, SEO, and user engagement strategies, to maximise the impact of creative content. Ensure that all content is continuously refined to meet evolving audience needs and market trends.

 

Brand Consistency & Governance

  • Act as the guardian of HRD Corp’s brand identity, ensuring all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Establish and enforce brand governance processes to maintain quality and coherence in creative materials, including a formal review and approval process for all content before release.

 

Digital Content Innovation

  • Identify and implement innovative digital content strategies that leverage emerging technologies and platforms, such as interactive media, video, and AR/VR, to enhance audience engagement.

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in content management, digital marketing, or creative design e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, etc.) are an advantage.

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 10-12 years of experience in creative content development, digital content management, or corporate communications, with a strong background in managing cross-platform content strategies.
  • Experience in a managerial role leading creative teams, with proven experience overseeing the creation of high-quality digital and print content is required.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Excellent creativity and ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Solid understanding of brand governance and content strategy, with a track record of maintaining consistency in messaging and brand identity.
  • Expertise in digital content production, including knowledge of emerging platforms, digital trends, and the ability to optimise content for SEO and performance.
