Senior Vice President, Development

Key Accountabilities:

• Steer the National Human Resource Centre (NHRC) as a think tank established to provide strategic and operational HR advisory support for Malaysian industries.
• Lead the National Human Resource Centre (NHRC) in strategizing the best practice and policy development that can influence the industries and work environment within Malaysia.
• Formulate the framework and policies blueprint on the best influencing and HR policy at the national level through continuous industry dialogue and key research into HR matters and its related disciplines.
• Lead in the establishment of partnership with various strategic partners, researchers, experts and industry professionals, as well as public and private sector stakeholders to support the workforce and industry development and ensuring that they are future-ready and globally-competitive.

Qualifications:

• Must possess minimum 15 years of experience in HR areas, experience in researching the best HR practices and policy development would be an added advantage.
• Experience in a think-tank environment and developing policy at national level would be a leading advantage
• A holder of Master's degree and well-versed in research and policy development.
• Able to present the ideas and influence the management at the national level.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading) in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Candidate must be willing to work in HQ Office at Damansara Heights.
