JOB PURPOSE & OVERVIEW

To manage the development, design, and management of all creative content across HRD Corp's platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives, brand consistency, and public image enhancement. This role also involves strategic advisory on branding, crisis management, and positioning, reinforcing HRD Corp’s identity and engagement.

 

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.

Visual Concepts & Development

Lead the creation of visually compelling designs using advanced software, ensuring that visual elements align with brand guidelines and engage the target audience to enhance brand perception.

 

Review and refine visual concepts based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring that the final product effectively communicates key messages and meets project objectives.

 

2.

Videography & Motion Content Production

Plan, direct, and execute video shoots, ensuring high production value through proper lighting, sound, and composition techniques to create engaging and impactful content.

 

Edit and enhance video footage using industry-standard software, incorporating motion graphics, animations, and special effects to produce polished and professional video outputs.

 

3.

Branding & Creative Development

Conceptualise and develop creative assets that strengthen HRD Corp’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communication materials, campaigns, and platforms.

 

Translate branding strategies into innovative and visually engaging creative content, including key visuals, corporate collaterals, and campaign materials that enhance brand recognition and audience connection.

 

4.

Content Design & Visual Experience

Curate and design multimedia content across various platforms, ensuring visually appealing and engaging materials that enhance audience experience and communication effectiveness.

 

Apply best practices in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to optimise content presentation, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with HRD Corp’s branding guidelines.

 

5.

Brand Identity & Corporate Visual Standards

Develop, implement, and maintain HRD Corp’s brand identity and corporate visual standards, ensuring consistency across all creative outputs, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

 

Advise internal teams and stakeholders on best practices for brand application, refining visual guidelines to enhance brand recognition, credibility, and a cohesive corporate image.

SECTION 5: QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Educational Qualification

  • Degree in Information Technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Relevant Experience (skills & knowledge)

  • 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience with exposure in Multimedia, Creative Content or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative visual designs and multimedia content that aligns with brand standards and engages target audiences.
