JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for planning, organising, and monitoring project activities to ensure successful delivery aligned with organisational objectives, which involves requirements management, stakeholder engagement, project documentation, reporting, and monitoring to support efficient and effective project execution.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Project Planning
- Define and organise project activities in line with the organisation’s project management frameworks.
- Update and review project timelines regularly, whilst ensuring that the plans are
comprehensive and actionable, resulting in effective project delivery to address changes and minimise risks.
Requirements & Documents Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, elicit, and document project or process requirements using appropriate tools or modelling techniques to eliminate ambiguities and ensure the requirements are validated for clear project goals.
- Record, maintain, and track documentation, including meeting minutes and task ownership, ensuring clarity on action items and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Tracking & Monitoring
- Establish and maintain monitoring systems to track the progress of deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Analyse project data to identify potential deviations or risks, escalating critical issues promptly to the relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure consistent progress, address challenges effectively, and keep the project on track to achieve the desired outcomes.
Stakeholder Alignment & Coordination
- Maintain alignment across all stakeholders through coordination with relevant teams and stakeholders to track and ensure progress of tasks and deliverables.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support development of effective project working relationships and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns.
Project Reporting & Review
- Prepare project review process and provide stakeholders with accurate and relevant information and key recommendations at agreed review points to enable informed decision, progress evaluation and agreement on change if needed.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certifications in Project Management or related would be an added advantage.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively.
- Strong communication skills to influence cross-functional team members
- Ability to translate and communicate clear project goals
