JOB PURPOSE
Drive the discovery, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies to accelerate HRD Corp’s digital transformation, while optimising digital products and applications for enhanced business operations and service delivery.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Digital Product & Platform Management
- Optimise HRD Corp’s digital products and platforms by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing updates to improve system performance and user
experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and increased efficiency. - Monitor and analyse digital product performance by tracking usage patterns and feedback, enabling continuous updates that enhance user satisfaction and support
business objectives.
Application Operations & Maintenance
- Manage enterprise application operations by troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring seamless functionality to minimise disruptions, guaranteeing system reliability and availability for the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively identify application performance trends and apply improvements, ensuring operational continuity and a high level of user
satisfaction.
Research & Technology Evaluation
- Track emerging technologies such as AI, Metaverse, Generative AI, and automation by staying informed of industry trends and analysing their potential, enabling HRD Corp to leverage new technologies for business advantage.
- Conduct comprehensive research and feasibility studies to assess new technologies’ impact, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform the adoption of impactful innovations aligned with business goals.
Innovation & Solution Development
- Develop and execute innovation strategies and technology roadmaps by working closely with teams to align digital solutions with HRD Corp’s long-term objectives, fostering business growth and enhancing service delivery.
- Design and integrate prototype solutions involving emerging technologies by conducting rigorous testing and collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring scalability and seamless integration into existing business workflows.
Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and coordinate innovation projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and progress to ensure successful project execution, meeting business requirements and
driving value for HRD Corp. - Engage with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with project objectives, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or any related fields
- 5 – 7 years of experience in technology support, product development, innovationrelated roles, or digital transformation and technology improvement projects.
- Possess a basic to intermediate understanding of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Metaverse, cloud computing, and automation, enabling the identification of innovative solutions for HRD Corp’s digital needs.
- Conduct thorough research on technology trends, analysing their potential impact on business operations, thereby providing valuable insights to inform digital strategy and decision-making.
- Manage and support the maintenance of business applications by troubleshooting and optimising system performance, ensuring minimal disruptions and consistent service delivery.
- Foster a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies into HRD Corp’s solutions and processes.
