Key Accountabilities:
- Defines system objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality.
- Designs, develop and quality assurance of user interfaces for web and mobile applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout software development life cycle; determining design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.
- Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
- Liaise with system vendors to resolve HRDF systems errors, perform HRDF systems upgrade and implementation.
- Develop IT plans and initiatives to ensure alignment to overall corporate and IT strategies in meeting PSMB’s business objectives.
- Assist in preparing annual IT budget, OPEX and CAPEX and continuously monitor actual expenditure against budget and undertake appropriate control measures to ensure operations are conducted effectively and efficiently within approved budget.
- Train external and internal user for the new and current systems.
- Coordinate multiple IT projects management to ensure alignment of business requirement and quality IT systems implementations which meet the end users’ needs
Qualifications
- Degree or postgraduate study in management, business or related discipline.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in business operation environment with strong business acumen and understand the intricacies of the services and industrial sectors.
