Responsible for providing high‑quality, integrated analytical insights to support informed decision‑making at the management and governance levels. The role oversees Business Analytics and Financial Analytics, ensuring that data, research, and analysis are transformed into clear, actionable intelligence.
The role plays a critical part in enabling strategic planning, performance management, and transparency by delivering management dashboards, financial models, and internal and external analytical reporting. It ensures analytical outputs are robust, reliable, and aligned with organisational priorities.

SECTION 4: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES |

1. |
Management Insights Enable management decision‑making through analytics by translating complex data, research, and performance metrics into structured insights, reports, and recommendations to support timely, evidence‑based strategic and operational decisions by senior management.
This accountability requires close engagement with executives to understand decision needs, frame analytical questions, and ensure outputs are relevant, credible, and clearly communicated. Success is demonstrated through increased reliance on analytical insights in management forums and improved decision quality.

Business Analytics & Management Dashboards Lead business analytics and management dashboards by overseeing the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical frameworks to provide clear visibility of organisational performance and key business drivers.
This includes ensuring dashboards are accurate, standardised, and visually intuitive, while continuously improving analytical methodologies and data integration. The role ensures business analytics outputs support both operational tracking and strategic performance reviews.

Financial Analytics, Modelling & Financial Dashboards Lead financial analytics, modelling, and financial dashboards by directing financial analysis, forecasting, scenario modelling, and financial performance visualisation to support financial planning, investment decisions, and long‑term sustainability.
This accountability includes ensuring financial models are robust, transparent, and aligned with organisational assumptions and strategies. Success is reflected in management confidence in financial projections, scenario analysis, and financial insight used for decision‑making.

Internal and External Analytical Reporting Deliver internal and external analytical reporting by integrating business and financial analytics into consistent, accurate, and compliant reporting outputs to support management reporting, stakeholder communication, and external disclosure requirements.
This includes ensuring alignment between internal management views and externally reported information, while maintaining data integrity and auditability. The role collaborates with finance, corporate affairs, and governance teams to ensure analytical consistency and credibility.

Analytics Capability & Data Governance Build analytics capability and data governance by developing high‑performing analytical teams, strengthening analytical standards, and enforcing data governance and quality controls to ensure sustainable, trusted, and scalable analytics across the organisation.
This accountability focuses on talent development, methodological consistency, and continuous improvement in analytics tools and practices. Success is measured through improved data quality, analytical maturity, and the organisation’s ability to leverage analytics as a strategic capability.
