JOB PURPOSE

Execute and implement project/task assigned regarding HRD Trainer’s Development Framework (HRD-TDF) which includes but not limited to processing of accreditation application, managing communication with external parties, conduct series of engagements and any other relevant tasks.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accreditation of Trainers under HRD Corp Trainer Development Framework (HRD-TDF)

  • Process accreditation applications received from active trainers under HRD Corp based on the guidelines and criteria outlined in the HRD Corp Trainer Development Framework (HRD-TDF) to ensure high-quality trainers and highest training quality that is up to the industry standard nationwide.
  • Manage certification processes and ensure accurate record-keeping of accredited trainers.
     

Compliance Monitoring and Quality AssurancE

  • Monitor and ensure compliance of accreditation applications with the HRD Corp Trainer Development Framework (HRD-TDF) to maintain quality standards.
  • Elevate the standards for accredited trainers through enforcement of measures for continuous improvement and keeping up with the industry standards and best practices.
     

Engagement Sessions

  • Plan and coordinate engagement sessions with the trainers and training providers on the implementation of the HRD Corp Trainer Development Framework (HRD-TDF), and new guidelines or best practices to ensure they are in tune with the latest requirement within the industry and update their training module to deliver the quality and updated contentsto the participants.
  • These sessions serve as opportunities for stakeholders to collaborate, share insights, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
     

Insights & Feedback

  • Gather insights and feedback from collaboration and engagement with internal and external stakeholders to align trainers' development with industry standards and best practices with the goal `of ensuring quality trainers and training programmes.
  • By incorporating feedback into decision-making processes, the role facilitates continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards and best practices.

 

Continuous Improvement and Process Enhancement

  • Perform and execute continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to accreditation, engagement sessions, and certification management that are driven from data analysis and trends to increase the value added to trainers while meeting evolving human capital requirements.
  • By proactively seeking ways to optimise operations and enhance the value added to trainers, this role contributes to the ongoing success of the HRD Corp Trainer Development.
  • Framework (HRD-TDF) and the organisation's broader human capital development objectives.
     

 QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Degree or postgraduate study in human resources, management, business or any related fields.
  • Preferably 1 - 5 years of experience in business operation environment
  • Strong business acumen and understand the intricacies of the services and industrial sectors.
