JOB PURPOSE
Implement and execute initiatives that promote social inclusion, capacity building, and human capital development for underserved communities and local talent by contributing to public advocacy, certification programmes, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Community and Empowerment Programmes
- Partake in the planning and coordination of outreach activities, training sessions, and development programmes to ensure inclusive access and effective delivery of empowerment initiatives.
- Implement and execute the delivery of these initiatives by managing event logistics, outreach communications, and timeline coordination to drive operational efficiency and improve the overall impact of programme implementation.
Certification & Talent Initiative
- Coordinate the implementation of certification courses and talent-related initiatives by managing logistics such as scheduling, registration, and learning material distribution to support continuous development for HR and L&D professionals.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless course execution while monitoring participation and collecting evaluation feedback to support professional upskilling and uphold learning quality standards.
Public Advocacy and Awareness
- Coordinate and implement public advocacy and awareness efforts by supporting the creation and dissemination of impactful content across digital platforms, including the National Human Resource Centre (NHRC) portal, to raise visibility on inclusive practices and innovative talent solutions.
- Contribute to the development of advocacy messages, visual content, and promotional materials that highlight key community and talent initiatives, enhancing public engagement and alignment with human capital development goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage relationships with professional bodies and key industry stakeholders by organising regular engagement touchpoints and sharing timely updates on relevant initiatives to build long-term collaboration and mutual trust.
- Maintain up-to-date stakeholder records, monitor interaction history, and track engagement outcomes to support strategic relationship management with government agencies, NGOs, and community partners. Document and report on engagement activities to ensure continuity and data-driven decision-making.
Data Compilation & Reporting
- Compile programme-related data by consolidating participant statistics, survey feedback, and outcome indicators to enable accurate impact tracking and evidence-based improvements.
- Prepare structured reports and summaries that present key findings clearly for internal review and strategic planning, enabling the team to make informed enhancements to future initiatives.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in policy or public administration are beneficial.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in an administrative or junior policy-related role, preferably in policy development, research, or public affairs.
- Basic knowledge of policy and legislative processes, with an interest in policy analysis and advocacy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to assist in drafting summaries, reports, and basic policy content.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong engagement skills with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
