JOB PURPOSE
To developing and implementing integrity awareness programs, enhancing policies and procedures, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring continuous improvement through evaluation and documentation.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Integrity Awareness Programs

  • Coordinate the development of targeted integrity awareness programs for HRD Corp’s employees, registered Training Providers, Employers, and Suppliers.
  • Design communication strategies, create content, and organise events such as workshops and seminars. Assess effectiveness through feedback and performance data. Ensure a widespread understanding and adoption of ethical practices, fostering a strong culture of integrity across all interactions with PSMB.


Policy, Procedure, and Program Development

  • Coordinate and enhance existing integrity-related policies and procedures. Design and coordinate comprehensive integrity programs.
  • Conduct regular assessments of policies and procedures, gather stakeholder feedback, define program objectives, and prepare documentation including outlines, budgets, and timelines. Strengthen organisational ability to prevent unethical behavior and corruption by implementing updated practices and effective programs.


Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration

  • Engage and collaborate with senior leadership, the Governing Body, and stakeholders by presenting program proposals, providing progress updates, and addressing concerns or feedback. 
  • Ensure stakeholders are aware of and adhere to program objectives by promoting compliance and accountability through training and guidance.


Integrity Program Evaluation and Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct regular evaluations using feedback, performance metrics, and post implementation reviews to determine the effectiveness of integrity programs. Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to strategies, policies, or training materials.
  • Ensure that integrity programs are continuously refined and optimised, enhancing their effectiveness in promoting ethical behavior and reducing risks related to corruption and non-compliance.


Report and Documentation Management

  • Compile and report on data related to integrity programs and assessments. Organise and maintain all documentation associated with these programs.
  • Coordinate comprehensive reports, update records, and ensure accuracy in documentation. Provide insights and recommendations for program improvement. Support transparency and informed decision-making by providing detailed and accurate documentation and analysis of program performance.

 

QUALIFICATION & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Law/ Business Administration, Management or any related fields
  • 1 – 5 years of experience in program development, project management, or stakeholder engagement is preferred.
  • Familiarity with integrity enhancement initiatives, compliance frameworks, or anti-corruption measures is beneficial.
