JOB PURPOSE
Ensuring comprehensive awareness about strategic learning initiatives, ensuring their efficient implementation, and engaging with stakeholders. The role also involves Analyse, evaluate and implement Strategic Initiatives, Schemes to ensure the sustainable growth of skilled workforce which in-line with targeted outcome of the schemes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Evaluate Proposals and Documents

  • Analyse incoming proposals and documents to determine their feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with organisational objectives, providing informed recommendations for decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and present informed recommendations to support decision-making processes.


Document and Information Verification

  • Liaise with the Training Market team to verify the accuracy and authenticity of documents, such as checking the Master Service Agreement (MSA) date and other critical information.
  • Track the status of document verification processes and maintain comprehensive records, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accessible.


Selection Proposals’ Preparation

  • Compile and draft detailed selection proposals that include project plans with objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Prepare a comprehensive memo summarising the proposal's key points, justifications, and potential impacts to seek management approval, ensuring that all relevant information is clearly presented.

 

Issuance and Tracking of Letter of Agreement (LOA)

  • Liaise with the legal team on the LOA and issue agreements accurately and promptly to relevant parties, ensuring all terms comply with organisational policies and legal requirements.

Maintain tracking systems to monitor the status, compliance, and deadlines of agreements from issuance to execution. Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of agreements, generate status reports and implement follow-up procedures to ensure timely execution and adherence to terms and conditions.

Monitoring and Tracking of Training Implementation

  • Regularly review program progress, identify areas of success and improvement, and provide actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Monitor project progress closely and track performance metrics to ensure successful initiative management. Ensure alignment with organisational objectives and Malaysia human capital development agenda.

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in the field of Business Administration Business Management, Economics, or any relevant discipline.

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

  • 1-5 years of relevant working experience in related field
  • Understanding of and experience in the education and training sector is an added advantage.
