Associate, High Level Relations & Sustainability

Key Accountabilities:

1. Collaborative & Sustainability Engagement Plans

Develop and implement collaborative plans and sustainability engagement plans by connecting with key stakeholders such as government officials, industry leaders, and organisational partners, which also involves identifying shared priorities, leveraging strategic opportunities, and aligning initiatives to advance organisational goals and strengthen partnerships.

2. Relationship Management & Database Maintenance

Manage and maintain the stakeholder database by systematically tracking interactions, updating contact information, and managing follow-up communications, whilst ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of records to enable effective coordination and sustained engagement with critical stakeholders.

3. Stakeholder Engagement Coordination

Plan, coordinate, and execute sustainability initiatives such as programmes, campaigns, engagements, events, and meetings by preparing detailed logistical arrangements and ensuring resource alignment which includes but not limited to the timelines, budgets, and stakeholder involvement to guarantee the successful delivery of impactful initiatives.

4. Material Preparation & Feedback Analysis

Prepare and evaluate engagement materials by developing well-structured agendas, presentations, and handouts tailored to the needs of stakeholders. Collect and analyse feedback and impact of engagement initiatives on organisational objectives and stakeholder relationships by identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement to enable optimization of future strategies for achieving sustainability objectives.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

Conduct research and analyse related data by examining trends, stakeholder preferences, and industry benchmarks to identify areas for improvement. Prepare insights and reports such as Customer Risk Management (CRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM) report, International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) report, Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) report, and any additional or ad hoc report(s) required, to enable informed decision-making.

 

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or any related disciplines. • Having additional certifications in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), Circular Economy would be an added advantage.

 

Relevant Experience (skills & knowledge)

• 1-5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, event coordination, sustainability initiatives, or a related area. • Preferably with 2 years experience on sustainability or any other related fields. • Excellent interpersonal / communication skills (verbal + written).

• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise information and provide insights.

• Experienced in managing projects and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

• Detailed-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiar with using data visualisation and project management tools.

• Being knowledgeable in HRD Corp matters would be an added advantage.
