  • Lead the design and delivery of employee salary structures and benefit programs through financial, market, and legal analysis and insights for the drafting of technical design and proposals for the management’s consideration and approval.
  • Manage the review of annual benefits and incentives to ensure that the company’s benefit and incentive schemes are competitive in the market.
  • Lead the development and enforcement of HR policies, systems and procedures to ensure it is in place to support the business, legal and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and prepare new concepts/proposals through benchmarking with best practices, market research and analysis in the formulation, development and implementation of future compensation/benefit program and policies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the reward management framework in PSMB to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness to attract, retain and motivate the employees.
  • Prepare and present HR reporting to the management on the HR operations, compensation and benefits, rewards, and any relevant HR policies to ensure compliance and implementation are within the approved policy and guidelines.
